Which newspaper ? Haxxing can happened if we are ignoring security measures to our PCs. But as far as I know blogger community ( i.e : Google ) will not allow this kind of mis-use to their domain.
If we notice/get haxxed by some blogs, we should report directly to the domain owner.
But this NEWS could be a hoax too, think in the other way like .. there's some of the website which used to run illegal javascripts and BHO/ActiveX installation.
So my conclusion is .. it's only depends on individual but be cautious to the site you are visiting.
The Risk of visiting a Blog is the same to the any unknown website. Not more than that. That's all.
